You may cancel your subscription at any time:

After you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Because Purchi POS is a digital service, no physical returns apply. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun. This includes monthly and annual plans.
  • If you experience verified technical issues or service failures caused by us that prevent you from using the service, we may offer a partial or full refund after we review your case.
  • Refund requests must be sent to us by email with a clear description of the issue. We will respond and may ask for details to verify the problem.
  • Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a reasonable time frame.
